Dear Debbie,

April is the month we count our blessings to be living in Metro Atlanta. No matter where you look, you see beautiful blooms and canopies of greening trees. Even our calendars are sprouting fun spring-time events.

This month’s newsletter has some ideas on improving the curb appeal for any home, the newest apps for home automation and suggestions on which trends you may want to avoid in your efforts to keep your home current.

As always, let me know if you have a question or need a vendor referral. Thank you for thinking of me when you know of someone that is buying or selling a home.
